I have been using these flash drives for a few months now on an i7 macbook pro 13" late 2011 and the installation was easy, the computer recognized them right away and everything has worked great so far, I have worked editing several videos in fhd without problem, everyone with their needs so it is difficult to evaluate if this is what you need or not, but in my case I can assure you that they work, I am happy with this product and my laptop works great although I understand it is a combination of factors, not only the ram but The function of the ram is done and it works great, thank you very much!

I recently used this memory to upgrade my old MacBook Pro Early 2011 laptop along with a new 1TB SSD after repurposing the laptop to run Windows 10 Pro 64bit as the sole OS. The memory worked perfectly and it along with the SSD makes the rather old laptop extremely usable running Windows where it was basically useless running the last very of MacOS that was allowed on the computer. This memory is a great deal for those looking to give new life to an old MacBook.

Works very well with my iMac 27” 2011. Significantly improves apps performance with more than enough RAM now.

Works great easy to install

I was very careful to make sure I ordered ram modules that would be compatible with my Mac Mini. After installing them, the computer refused to boot. I popped my old (2x 4GB) OWC memory modules back in and it worked fine. I contacted Amazon before I realized there is a support number listed on the packaging, so I didn't give A-Tech a chance to resolve it themselves. But the process with Amazon was very easy. I confirmed the model and serial number of my mac mini, they confirmed it should be compatible, and declared the modules DOA and immediately rush-shipped me replacements (less than 36 hrs from the phone call and I had them in hand, they didn't wait to get my returned DOA ones!). Before I installed the new ones I was worried that maybe they weren't compatible, and I'd end up back on the phone again. But the 2nd set works great, and now I have 16gb of ram! Buy with confidence, if something is wrong, they'll make it right.

I love it! My favorite laptop of all time has been given a second life! I can't wait to do a clean install of the next OS X with the legacy patch! It has already proven itself to be a very cost-effective upgrade! I highly recommend it for 2011 MacBookPros! I'm gonna get 20 years out of this machine!

These were super easy to install. They work great on my MacBook Pro (early 2011). It has made my MacBook so-so much faster & I’m still running my original hard drive. I definitely recommend.

i was noticing some slow speeds on my 2011 macbook. once my battery died it made things worse since only a portion of the ram/process is used when the battery is removed. i went ahead and ordered new/upgrade ram since i ordering a new battery and the macbook is zooming now. i know most people say go up to 16gb but other than some simple video editing i dont have much need for high demanding programs......however if i decied to go up to 16gb i'll be ordering the same brand. install was easy but i would say take your time, be careful, and watch for static discharges. the angle to remove the cards was odd but lots of youtube vids out there to show the steps
