I purchased this same case from another dealer several years back. I have dropped it several times, I did eventually crack a corner, I basically wore it out. Now, back to Amazon to find a new one. I could have bought the same one from the same dealer, but I thought I could get a better deal. That is when I ran across this one. It looks just like it does in the ad. I added a couple of pictures to show what it looks like without the table and also to show how the table just snaps in. it is very sturdy and I was happy with the first one, I am sure I will be happy with this one! I would sujest buying a tempered glass screen protector.

I got this case to replace a Moko case that I had for 3 years of hard use and it finally did not give the protection needed anymore. I liked the Moko case but it is no longer available for this model. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2019 and this case fits it perfectly. Easy installation. It just snaps in to the case. All of the cutouts are in the correct location. It appears to be very durable and good quality construction. The casy has a magnetic closure which keeps the cover closed when not in use.

(Skip to the bottom for the tearing part) The hard plastic shell snaps onto the tablet pretty well. It's easy to remove, but it's not popping off on its own. It snaps around the corners and also protects one of the long sides. The buttons and camera line up well on my 2019 10.1" Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I this case is fairly sleek and sturdy, when it's closed anyway. The flip-around folio cover protects the screen and folds back on itself like you're reading a magazine. Small magnets hold the cover closed and do a so-so job at it. The folio cover wraps around to connect to a second hinge point on the back of the case, which allows you to form a triangle to stand the tablet up. The outer surface of the filp-around cover is somewhat soft rubber, which is fine, and easy to grip, but I think I'll have it pretty scratched up very soon, and it might also make it harder to clean. The inner surface of the cover is some soft foamy rubber stuff. It's fun to touch and definitely will be soft against the screen, but again I wonder if something tiny and sharp could get embedded in the material and scratch the screen that way. Honestly I bought this because I couldn't find just a case for the tablet, one that didn't come with the cover. I opened this up, snapped it on, looked it over and determined I could slice off the folio cover pretty easily. But after using it for a few days, and then about two months, the folio cover started to grow on me, and it may be a while before I remove it. Overall I'm pleased. (So as I wrote up this review, I took another look at the tablet cover again to make sure I wasn't just making stuff up and I found a small tear in the material of the folio cover. Which is fine with me because I intend to rip it off. The tear is somewhere near the middle of the book-spine hinge, where the cover folds 360deg back on itself a lot in normal use. I probably just dropped it - but I can't tell if it was damaged while open or while closed. Either way it likely protected the tablet somewhat. But I'd recommend a thicker protective spine on the folio cover for the next version.)

Used by a teenager, so get used a lot! We have it now for about 8 months and no sign of wear! Does not get easily scratched and even better: does not fall apart!
