Junk
I wish I had something nice to say about it, but it's absolute junk. The collet is not true and the few bits that it can actually hold onto are always off center. Every bit I've tried slides down the collet into the handle if you put any pressure on it at all.The clamp is equally bad. It has a ton of wobble and appears to be made from pot metal. The threads are not greased and are very roughly machined, so it binds at times.I should have spent a little more and bought something more reputable.

exceeded expectation
the ping vise is well made and works smoothly. the larger vuse is a quality cast and works smoothly as well. mounting spacers ensure a stable mount fir small projects.
