This is a Incredible trainer it is presto heavy so if you don’t have past experience with other tools or workout it might be a little hard I recommend going to the gym on top of this if you can but either then that it’s incredible don’t think that it’s bad just because there arnt a lot of people who have put head it in the past there arnt a lot of people who want this sort of thing for what it is it’s incredible

The media could not be loaded. I had to glue the top handle down from spinning the more it got used but I think it’s a great peace of equipment and the suckers on it work great just have to wet it for more stick

Forearm strength . If you have weak forearms don’t buy

I didn’t personally buy this but my son wanted it, I turned him down when I saw that they misspelled “product” on the images of the product. Besides that I’m sure it’s great.

Never tested the suction cups, I drilled for three screws through it into my workout table, perfect for me, everybody that has seen it and used it likes it, my recommendation would be at four holes be put in from the factory so that you have the option to screw it now, then you don’t have to drill it
