Ideal for knee support. Recommended.
My son has Osgood Schlatter Syndrome in his knees and needed support for the pain he has been suffering. I wanted to try a Y shape tape to give support to his condition. This shape isn't very common unfortunately, the one I found in USA was prohibitively expensive to ship, so I opted for this.2 rolls in a nicely manufactured tin arrived via Amazon.The product itself is quite decent for 20 quid, he has used them 3/4 times now for football matches & training, and has combined that with stretches designed for Osgood Schlatter disease.Just 2 things to mention, 1) they do come off in the bath, so don't expect them to last a few days. 2) these are probably sized for an adult, so I had to trim them to make them fit a 11 year old boys knee.All in all, happy with product, it does support if applied correctly (see YouTube videos tutorials) and you get plenty of them on a roll, so good value overall. Recommended.

NOT WATERPROOF!
Been using various types of this product for knee support. This came off in the shower after being previously applied correctly for 24 hours. Have used tapes costing £5.99 which have stayed on for days, even a week.Not much use (and expensive), if you have to reapply new tape every day.

KT tape is good for support and eases pain
I injured my knee and had tremendous pain walking up or down the steps.the KT tape has helped to reduce the pain and ease the pressure that imposed on my back.I now use the tape when ever i have a slight injury to give me the support before it gets worse.

Fantastic product! Arrived well packaged & it’s great quality. Provided excellent support reducing a rotator cuff injury. First time using pre-cut strips but very happy overall.
