I have finally started the process of wiring up my RV-7 airplane. As anyone who's ever worked on wiring knows, keeping track of which wire is what can be a pain, and it greatly helps to be able to label them. These heat shrink labels are doing the job nicely and far more neatly than I could ever do with my chicken-scratch handwriting. Sure, it would be nice to have a fancy laser-marking machine, but for the DIY person this is a great alternative. They work just fine even in my non-industrial Dymo machine.If I could ask for one thing, though, it would be another smaller size that would work with 22 and 24 gauge wires.

Since I have never used the Dymo brand heat shrink I cannot compare it to that but for me it worked fine and was legible after shrinking. How durable? Only time will tell.

Quality was good and the price was much better than the manufacturer brand. I couldn’t tell any difference in quality.

These labels performed excellent. Good, clear print. I will order these again in the near future!

I ordered 1/4"(6mm)for modify control panel, It works great. No jamming No misprint with Rhino 5200.

Just as good as dymo brand

I may be wrong about how heat shrink tubing size is applied for label makers. But all heat shrink is defined by the size in reference to the inside diameter. If you buy 1/4 inch HS tubing it should fit over any cable or wire up to 1/4 in in diameter. This product is at best 3/16 inch in diameter. After looking at the details it does say that it will fit up to 2.3 mm. This makes it confusing getting the correct size needed. I will keep what I ordered but will be unable to use it for what it was ordered for. There should be a more detailed description for this product. Following industry standards on shrink tubing size would be a great place to start. So buyer beware you will need to calculate the outside diameter of the wire or cable that you want to place a heat shrink label on. Then order the labels based on that instead of normal industry size standards.

Have trouble cutting them with the labeler cutter sometimes.
