I have a x-large head. Will this one size fits all fit a 7.5 head?

Actually it's a little tight on me and while I've been called a fat head, I don't think they necessarily meant my head size.

There is an elastic band inside - I wore this for a three day concert and it fit comfortably on my head and I never worried that it would move. I am a women and it fit well.
