***Revised review*** Cracked in half during first use
I can't find a way to return it.Seems like numerous others had this issue.**I originally gave this 1 star due to it cracking. I have since learned that I should have tempered the mold, so that is why it cracked. So I am giving it 4 stars as sort of a noncommittal rating. Also, if the company had reached out to me years ago and educated me on this, I wouldn't have left a 1 star review out there, which I feel badly about. I do understand that companies don't have time to check reviews. **

The problem I had may have been my fault as I am a beginner at fusing glass
The mold cracked first time I used itBut it could have been my error .

Disappointed
It's a great mold but it arrived with a crack in it and if I'm not very careful with it, it will completely break apart.
