Tastes like homemade
I used to make homemade country gravy. Then I tried McCormick country gravy. It's much easier and tastes great. My store is often out of it so I order it on Amazon. It's a bit cheaper and I order 16 at a time so that I never run out.

Super yummy
McCormick Original Country Gravy Mix, 18 oz is a great gravy mix to have on hand. I'm addicted to biscuits and gravy, the really good kind with tons of sausage slathered in a rich gravy and poured on top of homemade biscuits. This gravy mix solves one part of that equation. It literally takes a few minutes to make and you get spectacular results. I use a little milk to make the gravy even richer tasting and more yummy. You can't go wrong with this gravy mix. So good. Recommended.

Good But Couldn't Get To The Directions
I'm not going to gripe about cost right now because everything is priced out of control. I couldn't get to the directions which was obnoxious. The label was so stuck together there was no getting it open. The easy fix was to go online and read the other reviews that had this same problem - they posted the recipe. Once I got around this mess, I found the gravy was easy to make and very tasty. Many people yammered about it having too much pepper but I thought it was great! I prefer my Country Gravy not to taste like paste - this product had the right amount of spice

This product is for me pure nostalgia ! When I lived in USA grits and country gravy was on of my favourite comfort foods. This gravy is delicious and I love it.
