Worth the money a super nice blanket so soft and warm and it just eludes comfort!!

This blanket is, like, totally righteous. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law who lives in a very small village called Le Treux in the Allier Department in central France. His name is Jean-Jacques. He remodels homes for a living. He is a hard working man. So, he knows about being cold in the winter. Immediately after sitting down on his living room couch and covering himself with this queen size 100% wool blanket, he announced his intentions to remain in this state until late spring. Actually, I bought two of these Pendleton Glacier National Park Blankets (both queen size), and I bought two other 100% wool ECO blankets too. These other three blankets went to: Jean-Marie, Cecile, and Marie-Madeleine. They are my in-laws too. They all loved the blankets. All of these in-laws are from peasant farmer stock (i.e., they all grew up on a farmer) and they know a good wool product when they see it. I couldn't have bought them better Christmas gifts. They are 100% satisfied with the quality of this product and so am I. My only regret is that I didn't have enough money to buy one of these blankets for everyone in the family. This would have been totally out of control given that my wife has twelve sisters and four brothers. That's right, my father-in-law and mother-in-law had seventeen children. Buying that many Pendleton Glacier National Park Blankets would have put me in some serious debt. My only concern is that I might start a family feud between those who got blankets and those who were left in the cold. I know that the blankets were very much appreciated and I hope that they do not become a point of jealousy. Who knows, I might not be invited back next year. In spite of all this, I'd buy these blankets again. They are of superior quality. They will last for a very long time. If you are considering getting one of these blankets -- do not hesitate. They are worth every dollar.

This falls into the buy once cry once category. Absolutely top quality and durability. It will last decades with proper care. Softer with use and a tightly woven thick wool so a great insulator as expected. Superior dye colors are vibrant and hopefully will last - tbd. It’s a fantastic USA made product so what’s not to like.

It’s a beautiful, authentic blanket, and my husband loved it. It’s nice and oversized, and it arrived on time. The packaging the blanket came in was torn in the box, however, so it will need alternate packaging for summertime storage.

I love this blanket. I don’t use the word “love” lightly or often. I love this blanket, though. Warm, soft, ready to use out of the bag. No smell, unlike some other wool blankets I have purchased. If they made in in the old Hudson Bay red and black I’d buy that too.

I love that the blanket is lightweight, yet warm. The colors are beautiful. There were moths in all three sealed bags and we had a household epidemic. Called exterminator who verified and treated for wool moths which got into many rooms. Still finding a few moths after 6 months effort with exterminator, wool moth spray and wool moth sticky traps. The last blanket, I opened outdoors, allowing moths to fly, then covered both sides with heavy duty moth killer spray. Sealed blanket in heavy duty trashbag, loosely folded, for one month. Found dead moth debris in variety of stages. Sent blanket for professional cleaning. Now they smell fine and look great.

I love this blanket. Colors are so vivid. Soft wool.

I had been eyeing this blanket for a while. I'm glad I went ahead and bought it. I love the look and feel of it, and you can tell it's a high-quality product. I look forward to enjoying it for a long time.
