4x6 Recipe Card

These 4x6 inch cards are well made. They are very sturdy, not flimsy at all. The weight of the cards seems to be heavy duty. Most average index cards are 0.009" thick, while these feel very similar to the 0.014" thick 4x6 inch heavy-duty index cards I recently bought. I'm sure these will last a long time and hold up well in any kitchen recipe box. I'm using these as recipe cards to replace my small 3x5 inch recipe cards. I think I'll like the larger size better, as they're easier to see and more room on which to write. The flowers are pretty and don't take up too much of the writing space, as some other cards do. They were packed tightly in clear plastic wrap, which kept the edges and corners nice and neat. I wish they were a little less expensive, but I would still recommend them, because they are sturdier than many other 4x6 inch lined cards.

Great quality - nice thick paper, easy to write on (I use a Sharpie Pen. Fine point). The front of the card is usually adequate to list all ingredients for most recipes, and then the steps on the back. For longer recipes, I'll have to squish and write small, sometimes even doubling up text on a single line space. Overall, these are exactly what I am looking for and I really enjoy all the different designs. Shipped quick with minimal packaging and sealed in protective plastic.

I bought these to be used at a Bridal shower, my (now) daughter-in-law does like them. **Gift idea: we used these so guests at the party could write down a favorite recipe (or 2 or 3) for the bride-to-be to add to her recipe box! They are true to size so they will fit nicely in her recipe box. They seem nice and sturdy, time will tell. They are pretty, the colors look just like the picture, they are nice and bright, and she loves pink. If she needs more cards I will probably tell her to go ahead and order some more of these, or check out Jot & Mark. Thanks!

I absolutely love these recipe cards! I bought 3 packs to go with my matching Jot & Mark Recipe Box and they are perfect together. I'm transitioning from an old recipe book to these cards and box because it is so beautiful and looks great with the rest of my kitchen décor. The recipe cards hold a lot of information and I love that it gives a space to tell where the recipe is from, as I have many recipes passed down in my family and I like remembering that when I have the recipe out to cook.

These cards got to me fast, and are thicker than I expected them to be. I'm used to the flimsy index card-type recipe cards, but these are like cardstock! And I'm a teacher, so that is high praise as far as paper quality goes. Plenty of lined space on the front and back to write, and the flower designs don't get in the way of that at all. I frequently take pics of recipes and send them to people, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on how cute these are too!

I would like a little less of the floral design on the bottom of the card so there’s more room to write. I’ve probably purchased 8 or more packs of these recipe cards in different designs. I really like them a lot as they are think and durable!

I love these recipe cards!!!! I wrote on them with sharpie and you can't tell from the other side- very thick paper. Also, the perfect amount of space. I will be ordering again!

These recipe cards are BEAUTIFUL! I absolutely love them - I was taken by the photos of them on amazon, but in person they are so much more beautiful that online. They are also made of a nice, high quality thick cardstock that feels great to the touch. I purchased these along with the  Ironwood Gourmet 28339 Saugatuck Recipe Box, Acacia Wood  and they fit perfectly - in fact, there is a little extra space so I am thinking of getting plastic recipe card protectors so I don't dirty them when cooking!

Very cute design. Plenty of room to write recipes. Slightly waxy material so don't use anything like a fine point sharpie pen or pilot fineliner. If you accidentally put it on a wet counter, it will smudge
