Excellent fit
The product delivered what was requested .... cold water to the knee. The knee was wrapped well. Wasn't sure how to wrap the knew it would have been nice to see how it was supposed to be put on but we managed with a wrap that chilled the knee.

It looks pretty much as pictured
It looks pretty much as pictured, but seems a little on the flimsy side. I haven't had any problems with it except to work on ankles, feet and hands. A little difficult to use for neck and applying to shoulders and knees can be tricky. They only give you one Velcro strap when two should be the minimum. I have found that where ever I decide to use it, two strap would be better.
