When I first started to read this book I realized that everything that’s was covered in class was mentioned in the book with rationals that helped me understand much better the concepts. I would encourage everyone who’s studying for their NCLEX to use this book. You’ll not be disappointed.

I feel like the rationales really help with the questions! You can get the question correct, but it explains why it's correct and if you answer incorrect, it explains why your answer was incorrect.

The questions and listing of rationales are fine, but some of the answers are embarrassingly wrong. Fact check your answers.

This book is like a smart teacher in a book. The sentences are very clear to understand. The rational are top 10 and very helpful.

I love this book because the rationales always throws more light on the reason behind a correct answer; stating it in the simplest understandable terms.
