Womens 100% Cotton Lawn Nightgown, Sleeveless Sleep Dress

I normally wear Eileen West nightgowns, but when I saw this, with it’s beautiful print and great price, I thought I’d give it a try. I couldn’t have been more happily surprised! This gown is not only every bit as good as an Eileen West, but the fabric, the lace, the design all stack up perfectly to the EW ones! There was only one difference: The sizing of the body of the gown, (below the bust), was not as full as the EW nightgowns. All in all, I give this nightgown my top rating. In fact, I went ahead and bought the blue one too, and as Mother’s Day was coming up, I bought those two gowns for my mother as well!

Light weight. Sheer as others have noted but, nothing shows through unless you standing behind a bright light. Fantastic for those hot, humid nights. Was actually able to go down a size from what I normally would wear. Cute print pattern. I bought several of these and will be buying more.

Lovely fine lawn gown fits a I’m 14/ 16 which I order 2x but could go 1x I’m a abit big in the breast area and prefer a looser fit love the night gown

Very light weight night gown. Material is thin and see through. Soft cotton. Fits great. I'm 5'2 and 156 lbs and a medium fits my cuvey frame. It's great for summer nights.

Wore only Eileen West 100% cotton lawn fabric, NO modal, gowns for 3 decades. Price $69 - $99. They last many years if washed on delicate and hung to dry. Bought five of these Alexander Del Rossa gowns in different styles, prints, lengths and colors. This 100% Lawn cotton fabric, Im scrutinizing, is maybe 0.01 mm thicker making the softness a tiny minuscule less soft but not noticeable when wearing. Not as ornately lacy, with ribbons and fine embroidery but same teeny oyster shell flower buttons and even better perfect button holes. Very well made, very pretty details and when laundered the same, delicate wash and hang dry, mine still look new after 15-20 washes. And a much better value and garment for the price. Presentation pretty if gifting. I love them.

Liked that it was cotton; think I like cotton jersey best, but that's a personal opinion. I'll like it better the older it gets, but I feel that way about a lot of clothing.

Exactly as you expect if you like cotton nightgowns (prewalmart-era). Love it.

Not worth the price in my opinion. The fabric has an ‘oil’ smell that I Hope washes away. It reminds me of inexpensive low quality clothing you find from fly-by-night shops. There is nothing on the garment, the tag, or the packaging that notes it as being 100% Cotton, it certainly doesn’t smell like cotton! The lace at the top is soft and pretty but otherwise the quality just isn’t there for the price.
