IMO, a complete waste of money
I should start by saying that I REALLY try to NOT give one star reviews, but I can't conclude anything else with my experience with this product. YMMV!I received this spray gun about a week ago, during a cold snap here in TN, so I put off trying it until today (the foam usage temps are 60-90 degrees F). Previously I had a Great Stuff gun, but I had left it without cleaning it for about a year and it was completely clogged, so I needed to buy a new one. I liked the look and features of this gun (as well as the price, about 1/2 of a Great Stuff gun), so I purchased it.Today, the temperatures outside hit about 70 degrees (70 degrees in Nov!), so I decided to put it to use for the foam projects I had in my attic. Here are the (fatal) problems I experienced:1. According to the instructions that came with the gun, I closed off the valve at the can opening and began screwing the the can onto the gun, over a garbage can that I was planning on spraying the initial foam into. At this point, some foam began to squirt out of the gaps in the gun, but I assumed that to not be particularly unusual because, after all, isn't that why the gaps are there? I continued to screw the can onto the gun until it was tight/stopped turning.Unfortunately, the foam continued to squirt out of those gaps, even though the can was fully screwed onto the gun. This quickly became a real mess (fortunately I had put on vinyl gloves to protect my hands from inadvertent contact). I tried opening the valve and spraying foam out to "relieve some pressure". Unfortunately, the foam kept squirting out of the gaps where the can attaches to the gun. The foam continued to squirting out of the gaps until the can was completely empty. Now the gun was also just about completely covered with foam. The can smoothly screwed onto the gun, so I am sure that the can was not cross threaded. I'm not even sure you can cross-thread a can/gun this badly.2. I decided to unscrew the now empty can (goodbye $10 for the can) so I could clean it and try again, assuming there was a problem with that particular can. I first closed the valve. Then, as I began to unscrew the can, I noticed that the can itself was not unscrewing, but rather the attachment at the gun itself was unscrewing from the gun, while remaining attached to the can! Now I had some residual foam squirting out from the gun (only a bit). Arrgh! Thank goodness for the gloves!I now had an empty can, a full garbage can (full of foam), and a spray gun that was covered in foam AND in two pieces! Double arrrgh!3. So, still thinking that I would be able to try again, I put the gun in the garbage can (the only "safe" place I had to put this foam covered item), I went to find my can of foam cleaner. It wasn't where I remembered it, so it took a few minutes to find. As I'm sure you can imagine by this point, by the time I got back to the gun, some of the foam had begun to cure. I ended up using the entire can of foam cleaner (goodbye another $7) to get the gun MOSTLY clean, except where the foam had cured enough to not clean up.4. The "can attacher" was STILL (very firmly) attached to the can! I have not been able to remove it from the can. Perhaps with a vise, but I don't have one available. Then again, I'd probably damage the attachment point because of the pressure necessary to stop it from twisting. So, at this point I have given up on this product. I should have realized that if something is too good to be true, it probably is. I am not even going to try to box up the product to return it as it is more mess/bother than it cost.Oh, in case you are wondering if I had followed the directions, here they are (the pertinent parts):"PICOWeHow to use?1. Shake the polyurethane violently by hand, take off cap and screw the can onto the entrance of the gun.2. Open the valve and pull the trigger to injection [sic] about 10 seconds, make residual air to exhaust....5. After finish the work, close the valve and pull the trigger to push the foam inside the gun out.6. Wipe with a rag to remove the polyurethane foam curing residue, avoid plug the nozzle connector. We are honest seller and do our best to server [sic] you. ..."Well, Picowe may very well be an honest seller, but I'm done with this product and don't care if they can "server" me well.Notes:A. FWIW, after doing some more research on other spray guns, I have seen that some manufacturers recommend spreading Vasoline onto the can attachment point, I assume to improve the seal between the can and gun, thus avoiding/minimizing the problem I experienced. The Vasoline may also make it easier to remove a used can. However, Picowe does not include this recommendation with their gun instructions.B. I can also say that I did not have any problems with the Great Stuff spray gun I had previously, but balked at spending another $45 for a spray gun I use infrequently. Yes, it was both stupid and cheap of me! I'll be buying a Great Stuff spray gun today...

UPDATE Post Customer Service
UPDATECustomer service reached out to me and provided a full refund with apologies. I am giving this review and upgrading from 1 star to 5 stars based on customer service alone. Company advises that I may have received defective product and is willing to send a new upgraded one to test. Excellent customer service in my opinion. Original review below.Used one time and what a disaster.....threw the entire thing out. Attached foam can and immediately product was coming out the sides. Could not stop it......foam kept coming out and went everywhere. Total lack of control and what a mess. Took can off gun and gun regulator broke off. Everything went in the trash including the gun....waste of money.

Don't buy this
I have bought several dispensing guns like this over the years. This one is absolutely the worst quality and least reliable that I have ever used.

Don’t Buy
I saw some of the reviews showing the cans of foam leaking everywhere but decided to try it anyway... I have been using different foam guns for the last several years and have never had this happen.
