Perfect omelet
Omelet turned out great, however there were no directions on the best way to achieve that so I had to go to YouTube. Although it has a non-stick finish, stuff sticks to the rivets on the inside. The silicone pad for the small handle worked better than a big oven mitt.

Number 1 used pan in the kitchen. It is awesome!
This makes very good, fluffy omelettes! It is very sturdy and has been a big hit with my family and friends. We even had a omelettes in this pan for lunch and dinner. The only thing I recommend is a slight design to keep the eggs inside when flipping it. Not enough of an issue where I will not have in my kitchen though. When flipping it over, I put it over the trash and flip, then back on the stove. Still amazing omelettes!

Double Omelette Pan
Not so crazy with this omelette pan. It spills when I flip the cover. I showed photos after one use of the pan.

EASY omelet!
Love this pan! I have been struggling with making omelets, I could not for the life of me "fold" & "flip" them so I got this pan. I saute veggies& meat in both sides of the pan on Med-Low heat till done. Then I mix 3 eggs and pour them 1/2 & 1/2 in each side. Once they are set, I close the pan for about a minute. Then flip. It comes right out! Nothing spills when flipping, people complaining about this are not cooking the eggs long enough before they try to close the pan. One note: Make sure the pan is perfectly centered on your burner or else one side won't be as done as the other.

Not sure why there were negative comments. This pan works perfectly fine. The gaps are there to let steam out and if you turn it before the top is firm, then I guess you don't belong in the kitchen.

Large enough to make enough for 2 omelets. I cut mine in 2 and save it for next day . Pan is deep . Seems to be made well enough ( it feels heavy enough ..not cheap )for good heat distribution . Its pricy but Seems like a quality product. Good non stick ..but I do spray it anyways. Easy to turn over and cook omelets or whatever your cooking to your desired likeness. Great pan !
