Great pan! I love omelettes but struggle having them turn out good. This pan is amazing! On the first try I made a perfect omelette! Great purchase! I'll be using this a lot.

TECHEF Omelet Pan--get this one!!
What an awesome omelet pan that works very well! There was one I was looking at, but it didn't have the protective orange safety handle to flip the omelet like the TECHEF pan had! I am so happy I made this choice.

The chickens are on strike!
Nice product. Uses lots of eggs for 1 serving. Unfortunately, I can't eat all it, but I can share. About 6 eggs gives you a decent omelete. The chickens have to work overtime!

Takes some getting used to
The first omelet I made with this, egg got out of the gap where it folds. It states that you can do up to 4 eggs, but that is more if you are going the frittata route. When you use 2 eggs on each side, then you must limit how many toppings you include, otherwise, the thickness of the egg mixture won't allow enough heat to reach the top. This makes the top runny when it is time to close the sides together. So all in all this is a good pan, it can do more than omelets and frittatas. At the end of the day it's a pan that folds. Just know that if you are having problems with egg coming out the gap, you need to either reduce how much egg you are using, or how many toppings you are including.
