Used to make ganache and it makes such a difference. You can really tell the difference in the final product. It’s very smooth, easy to melt and really nice taste. Worth the money if it’s a special event or if you just want that extra quality

Quite good. Will buy it again. Just wish the delivery had been better - lot of it was melted and fused together. A product that should ideally be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles or boxes.
