Works great and is great for the price. I do go through them quickly but I do a lot of highlighting.

These pencils are the best way for me to highlight in books I’m reading. They don’t bleed through pages and write smoothly.

I love to use these in my bullet journal! They’ve helped me stay organized. Definitely recommend.

These dry highlighters work well - not only on books, but also on such things as inkjet printouts, handwritten notes, etc. Nothing smudges, unlike a wet highlighter. They’re not as bright as a wet, but I actually appreciate the subtlety. Lastly, it’s a good value with 8 in a box. Just get the Staedtler sharpener too, as these are pretty large diameter.

I have always found Staedtler products to be high quality and these to not disappoint. It is extremely difficult to find dry pencil highlighters for marking scriptures and or books with very fine paper. Your standard highlighters just don't work and the gel pencil markers they show for scriptures remain wet on the paper and smear badly. Not these, great every time!

When you use the sharpener which the manufactuer suggests watch out for tips breaking off to the point you loose 1/2 of each pencil in the pack.

Most of the “lead” is broken inside the pencils, so they need to be sharpened frequently.

I found out these pencils through a class. I was very surprised to find a highlighter in pencil form. When I went to my local office supply store...they never heard of them. So I found them here. The colors are beautifully bright! They dont smell or schmear the ink when you use them. The shape of the pencil fits nicely in my fingers? I will not go back to using the wet highlighters ever! These are my new favorites. I found a Faber Castell 3 hole sharpener for the pencils. It works like a charm! I will order more of these highlighter pencils soon. I plan on keeping these highlighters for every day use. These are the best! Wish I can give these 10 stars!

Love it! Except you need a proper pencil sharpener.

The leads keep breaking. Better packaging might be the solution. I really like these pencils to mark thin paper. The leads are broken inside the wood. I will buy again because I use them for my scriptures.

Wanted these to be low waste. Came with plastic end covers, they break easily.
