It works as expected but requires some time to get use to.
Odor is pretty strong. My kids won't use it or keep their brushes in the same drawer because of the smell. I don't mind, and I don't taste it. It doesn't overpower the toothpaste. But it's proven hard to get use to my toothbrush having any sort of odor. I popped the smelly part out of the kids's protectors and they use them without it.

Steripods will leak yellow fluid
Good IdeaIn theory however the thymosol which is the antiseptic leaks yellow covering the toothbrush tasting toxic. I called the company Steripods located in LA this is a known problem however they dont want to exchange steripods. About half of the steripods leak the company will tell you your putting the toothbrush in too wet but you can put it in dry and it will leak

Love these
These are great for keeping things clean and fresh. I think they could be cheaper, but still worth it.
