Does the job amazingly!
It's very good quality and so easy to use, it does flatten your steak though, so a nice thick steak ends up being the size of a dinner plate, tender sure but a little too thin. So only use it on meat that needs it, rump perhaps or even pork steaks but it shouldn't be necessary on rib eye or sirloin steaks.

Good Pro meat hammer
I did liked the quality, but I thought? One of the sides would be flat! ( no pins) but overall is a very good meat hammer,easy to use, good sturdy and easy to clean.

Eat steaks? Then buy this
Those of you who read my reviews will have noticed that they only appear sometime after I have bought a product. The reason for this is quite simple. I do not write a review until I have had a chance to use the item, evaluate it, and test its' durability. This is one such example. This meat tenderizer is a simple and clever design. It acts like a paper hole puncher except for meat, especially for steaks. The numerous ultra sharp spikes are pressed down onto the steak (pork, chicken, beef etc.) and that 'aerates' the meat. I always allow the meat to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes (more if from frozen once defrosted) and then use the tenderiser ten minutes or so before placing in a frying pan. I use a cast iron pan in which I heat on a high heat, allow to cool to a medium heat and then add oil. The steak is then added and fried for four minutes on each side for a rare steak six minutes for a fairly well steak. Oh, I usually chuck in some raw onions for the last minute or so because I like crunchy and strong onions with my steak - just me!

V good tenderiser
Very happy with this tenderiser. Packaging looks cheapish, but the product itself is high quality. Very sharp. Easy to use. Might be difficult to clean - I use a brush rather than sponge

Tenderises cheaper steak beautifully.
This is easy to use, easy to clean and does the job. Cheaper steak such as flat iron steak is very tender and easy to cut after using this product before cooking.

Not for me
Didn’t really work for me. I find the traditional way of using the mallet to be better for me. Have to say the blades are VERY sharp so should be let away from children.

Questi aghi che trafiggono la carne spezzano la nervatura delle vostre bistecche e rendono la carne molto morbida per i denti ... la carne dopo questo trattamento si taglia come il burro .... consigliato

Das Produkt ist wie erwartet- klasse. Die schnitzel sind zart und saftig. Die Klingen sind sehr scharf dadurch kann man mit dem Meat tenderizer "XL" schnell arbeiten. Die reinigung ist sehr einfach, ambesten mit eine weiche Spülburste. Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden. Spitze!!!!

It did what it is supposed to do, poke holes. It is extremely sharp, be careful! I scratched my finger just trying to wash it. I'd say it is good to poke holes to marinate meat. If you have a tough cut of meat, this is what you will have, a tough cut of meat with a bunch of holes in it.

Achtung Maße beachten, Durchmesser 4cm ist eher "Spielzeug" - aber das war mein Fehler, Angaben in der Beschreibung sind richtig, sofern man diese liest. Das Gewicht ist sehr gut. Ich habe ihn daher behalten und gebe auch 5 Sterne weil auch der Preis passt.
