Fossil Micah Womens Quartz Watch with Mother of Pearl Dial and Silver Stainless Steel Bracelet ES4268

The watch didn't work and the accompanying instructions were unreadable as the font was so small. I took the watch to the jeweller; they said they couldn't take the back off the watch without voiding the guarantee. They got a magnifying glass to read the instructions, but they were very general and not for this particular watch. I have contacted the seller who has offered a refund, which I haven't received yet so can't say how long that might take. The one star is only for the prompt response from the seller and not for the product which didn't work or for the useless instructions.

i'm the kind of person who gets attached to my stuff, i don't keep changing them and i plan on keeping this watch for many years to come. I love the dial - i think it could be mother of pearl or a very good fake. So pretty! and i was surprised to discover the hands glow in dark :) and i also like the fact that the crystals are not too dazzling - it makes the watch elegant and not tacky. i love everything about it.

not good quality. I received this watch with no battery and not working. Please dont do it to your customer. . Hope for my next order i didnt encounter like this

Item is not working.

Sie lässt sich nicht aufziehen, ich vermute das die Batterie verbraucht ist. Ich würde Sie selber zum Uhrmacher bringen und Batterie erneuern lassen, oder Sie tauschen sie mir aus. Danke im voraus.
