These are so delicious! I can not tolerate artificial sweeteners and this one passes the test.

Good, easy way to start the day
As the wrapper says, these are smooth and delicious. For what it's worth, this review is from the perspective of a (gestational) diabetic's needs. I've routinely enjoyed both this version of this brand's products, as well as Orgain Organic Nutrition Shake, Sweet Vanilla Bean and both have served their purposes primarily as the start to my day and as occasional snacks. The reason this one has become my go-to is because it has a third of the carbohydrates and fewer calories. It also has a smoother consistency which is easier to drink on its own. What I do with them is double purpose them into caffeinated goodness. I squirt a squeeze of MIO Iced Mocha Java (far cheaper to get in a super market though) and it becomes a mocha flavored treat that's considerably better than other quick breakfast options. This product and the mio I mentioned use sugar substitutes, so if that's something that puts you off either for flavor or ingredient reasons, give the other nutrition shakes they make a try. This product, however, is top quality and will remain on my auto-shipments for the forseeable future. Thank you for making this product that makes my life a little easier.

A Smooth Drink
This shake was good and smooth. I bought only one to try it out. I probably won’t get another because I like the chocolate so much better. It was too vanillaly!

Tastes good 1 gm sugar
I really enjoy this protein drink. It tastes very nice with no funky aftertaste that some protein drinks have. I also drink Orgain plant protein drinks. The only thing I will mention is that this particular drink comes in a plastic bottle with a wrapper on it . It is necessary to remove part of the wrapper down on the neck of the bottle, otherwise the opening process is almost impossible as the wrapper just makes the bottle go round & round as you try to unscrew the lid. It is not a huge deal but worth mentioning. I like this drink a lot.

Tastes great but I’m a little suspect of protein content
I’ve been drinking these shakes for a while now and switched from bottled Isopure (40g) to these (26g). They’re super tasty, but I’d love to see someone actually test the protein content in these bottles. The reason I say that I track my macronutrients very, very closely every day, and since switching to Orgain I’ve noticed my strength dip a bit and a little less “fullness” in my build compared to when I was supplementing with Isopure. Now, before anyone thinks “we’ll that was 40g and these are 26g,” please realize that I now drink two of these daily instead of one Isopure, so I’m actually supposedly taking in 52g via the Orgain shakes. I realize this is totally anecdotal, which is why I’m only dropping two stars, but I would love to see someone that had the proper testing equipment measure whether there are actually 26g per bottle, because I have a hunch these are actually in the teens somewhere in terms of protein content. I could be totally wrong, but my body is sort of telling me something different compared to when I used Isopure. Calories, carbs, and fat are all roughly the same, and net protein intake should be *higher* drinking two bottles compared to the one Isopure, but the changes are noticeable.

inedible chunks in watery slime
I have been drinking this product for years. I love the flavor, high protein content and only 150 calories. But I just opened the first of three boxes with the date Jul 162020, batch number 9160. You can shake it up all day, but it's still a bottle of firm inedible chunks in a watery slime. I've since opened bottles from the other two boxes and they are all the same. I've had this happen a couple of times in the past, but not this bad. And they are non-returnable. That's a big pile of money. There should be some kind of compensation. But I just opened another box dated Oct 2020 and it's just fine. I'll probably still order it, but if it happens again, I'll cut it off.
