Marvel Comics: Iron Man Avengers Now! ArtFX+ Statue

This is one of the best and most unique de luxe action figure treatments of Marvel's Iron Man. Every detail of the Invincible Iron Man is done perfectly. With all versions of Iron Man, the technical nature and constant upgrade of the Iron Man armor can always be cited to explain variations in suit architecture and layout. The color scheme here is unique and interesting. If you prefer the traditional red and gold look, Kotobukiya sells an identical figure in that color scheme if you prefer it. I think the color scheme adds to the collectible value of the figure as time goes on. I have all the Avengers figures of this series on display, but I handle them like gold and have all the boxes if I decide to sell them later. If you love Iron Man, you will love this action figure and all of the Avengers series that are companions to this one. This is the best Iron Man figure ever so far as I am concerned! You will not be disappoinrted!

This statue is incredible and feels underpriced but let's not make a big deal about that! ;)

I would give this statue more of a 4.5 if I could. It's beautifully made and absolutely worth the $50 price tag. I bought this one along with the red armor variant, but I much prefer this black armored version. I have the entire Marvel Now Kotobukiya line, and this black armor suits the entire line up quite well amongst all the other heroes. The statue comes in separate pieces and snaps together quickly and easily. I've seen other reviews that complain about the red paint where his arc reactor is and on his arms and legs - saying that they are stickers. They're not stickers, and I don't find them ugly. I think they suit the statue well and look good. My only complaints are that th head looks a tad too thin; it should've perhaps been a little wider - but that's nitpicking. My other complain is that he doesn't quite stand up on his base without rocking back and forth a little bit if you happen to nudge the bookshelf. This might just be my problem in how I'm displaying him. If you have him in a display case, you probably wouldn't have to worry about that. But I like displaying all of my statues to enjoy, and can change them around as a I like. Again, those are just nitpicks. The statue is fantastic and I highly recommend it whether you want the black armor or red - or both, in my case.

I love it! know what you're getting, It's not a Sideshow piece by any means and definitely not the price. It's a very good mold, and a great paint job. I do wish the back of the statue had a little more paint applied but, it's the back you're not going to be staring at it. It's awesome if you're a fan of Marvel comics or just Iron man. pull the trigger. It's great.

Very happy with this figure. Was on the fence about it for a while but once I saw it on sale for $30 I pounced. After seeing it in person tho, it's easily worth grabbing for $40-45. Makes me want to scoop up the Cyclops and Magneto figures in hopes that they are comparable in quality.

I like it, really, but the poor job on the arc reactor areas is a pretty significant let down. They look like stickers.

Love this iron man figure. I really like this paint version instead of the classic red and gold. The sculpt is amazing and the details on the armor are quite impressive. Overall kotobukiya did a great rendition on a classic hero and for the price there selling him for is fair.

The statue comes with a few separate parts, You have to put them together. Overall it still looks good. I am disappointed at Amazon that it came without any protective bag or wrapping. The delivery stickers were on the box. It was not easy to peel off the stickers without damaging the appearance of the original box. It would lose a bit of the value if you were a collector.

It's awesome everything was there but they ship it with the sticker on the models box which ruins the value in the future but other then that it's great
