I actually got to cuddle him! I am so excited about this! He is still snoring but it’s very low- a normal type snore - not a grizzly bear snore!

I ordered this along with nasal"plugs", I've ordered several different nasal plugs and ordered this nasal spray to help with my snoring. THE SPRAY DOES NOT WORK!!!!! $22. WOW! Stick with the nose plugs. You can order some that come in different sizes s,m,l to see what size fits best. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

This is a very good product; it's very good for people who snore and helps reduce snoring.

I purchased this nasal spray expecting measurable improvement in nighttime breathing and a noticeable reduction in snoring. The description emphasizes rapid action and airway support during sleep, which led me to anticipate consistent overnight results. Unfortunately, the performance did not meet those expectations. Application is straightforward, and the spray disperses evenly. However, the effect feels temporary. Any initial sensation of improved airflow fades relatively quickly, and it does not appear to maintain airway openness throughout the night. Snoring frequency and intensity remained largely unchanged. In addition, the product did not provide the sustained throat or airway support implied in the description. While it may create a brief sensation of moisture or mild relief, it does not deliver a significant or lasting difference in breathing quality during sleep. I used it as directed for multiple nights to allow for consistent evaluation. Despite proper use, the results were subtle at best. For a product positioned as a solution for reducing snoring and improving sleep, reliability and sustained effectiveness are essential. Based on my experience, the limited duration of effect and lack of noticeable snoring reduction make it difficult to justify a higher rating.

My boyfriend snores really loud at times and this absolutely helps! It doesn't eliminate it completely but definitely brings it down to a much more acceptable decibel. Sometimes, even to a small whisper. Based on another review, I had him combine it with snore strips and that seems to be the winning combo. Snore strips alone didn't work much and the drops alone worked a little but definitely not as well as combining the two.

The first night I spent with my girlfriend was supposed to be the best night for her but I soon found out that she couldn’t sleep. Why? Because I snore. I never knew I snored and I think this might have developed over the years. But anyways, I quickly understood that I needed to fix this because, while it is not my fault that I snore, but it’s basically my snore that’s causing her to lose sleep. And that is very bad. With a very open minded, I started looking for something. I tried stripes and tiger devices. They worked for a night or don’t work at all. This one does. They said to do 5 or 6 pumps in each nostril. After the first month of using it, I started doing only 3 pumps which works just fine and recently I have been skipping nights and every other night and my girlfriend has not complained which means it seems that this thing is cleaning my nostrils. I also went to the doctor and spend 1300 and they gave me something which failed to work. And they told told me I am gonna have to do surgery. So far this little thing makes my girlfriend sleep well which is exactly why I am very satisfied and writing this review.

Doesn’t spray. It just drips out the end. Also doesn’t work. You’re better off doing nasal cleanse with Navage or nettipot.

First off I wanted to say that it shipped fine and seemed to work! Especially paired with breathe right strips! But after 2-3 days of nightly use (2 pumps per directions) it almost sent me to the ER. We're talking severe food poisoning and flu symptoms.. explosive diarrhea that was just water and blood. Use with extreme caution!!
