Coming to the product it contains 30 capsules which are easier to swallow, my mom in law has been taking it ever since it was delivered. The efficacy can be commented upon after probably a month. But over all I am satisfied and would purchase again once this pack is over.

It's the second bottle, it has relieved joint pain by a considerable amount. Regular use over prolonged period will yield benefit. It isn't a quick fix one time solution.

Thos is a helpful supplement, and it has revived me. Provides the essential nutrients for joints which normal diets lack.

good for knee Pain relief, but it's to costly

I have been having it for over a month. No change at all. Also the capsule shell has no markings on it and its filled with white powder. That white powder could be anything something which even the manufacturers may not be able to tell for sure if it indeed has Collagen in it.

Its really very pain relief and worth the value for money

Absolute love this product.I ordered this product for my father. He had joint probblem. After using this product he feels better.

It works like a pain killer, pain relieves on the day it is taken.. same pattern even after a few weeks of usage.. that is not how supplements work
