This powder does a good job of getting rid of the shine my face moisturizer with SPF leaves, and has a good ranking on the Yuka app (it’s so hard to find cosmetics without a lot of harmful chemicals!) I don’t know if I will buy this again as this brand still does animal testing in China because it’s a law there. I would prefer cruelty-free cosmetics.

As my skin has changed with age, my previous liquid foundations had begun to let me down. Products I'd used for years now separate on my skin, collect in my lines, and just leave me with a sad look. I'd used Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Pressed Face Powder before as a finisher, but I have recently switched to using it as my primary foundation, and I'm really pleased. I apply with a make up brush and have far less separation, settling, etc. I don't get quite the same coverage as with my previous liquid foundation, but I'm okay with this trade off. My skin tone is light, with a hint of pink. The 110 shade works for me in cooler months (when my other skin isn't sunkissed). I also use it as a finishing powder when I travel, because traveling with loose powder isn't fun.

I’ve repurchased this powder plenty of times because its a good price and really good for a drug store product! The pressed powder alone is good coverage and is good at blurring, but over concealer it works good too!
