First of all would like to mention delivery – very quick delivery. The product is great. I thought I am ordering one padlock, but when the parcel has arrived, there were 2 padlocks, it was great surprise. Now I can have one padlock in my gym bag and one padlock in my swimming bag, it’s great. I have always struggled with setting padlocks up, or the instructions are difficult to understand or something would go wrong (trust me I bought quite few of them). This time I have set up a padlock from the first time, yey! Also once I bought a padlock but the lock shackle was very thick so it wouldn’t go to the gym’s locker, the design of this padlock is great and locks my locker nicely. Thank you very much once again.

Garbage! Only one of them works, and I'm assuming they send you 2 cause they are aware that they produce this type of junk. The one that "works" has gotten stuck and wont open and close 3 times now! I'm amazing how they still dare sell this here update- after getting an email from the company about how I was liking my locks, I let them know that only one worked and I would be more then happy to send back the other one to show how the second one is messed up. They right away send me a new one, said it would take 5 days but came in 2 days! The new ones I received both work great and properly. So far I have had them for almost a month and there seems to be no issue and I use them 4 times a week at my gym. Very happy with a company that takes responsibility and cares about their customers!!

These locks work just fine for our gym lockers. Easy to set and light weight to toss in my gym bag. They don't feel super strong, so I wouldn't plan to use on a storage unit or anything, but to lock up a few things at the gym they are perfect.

Bought 4 of these for my lake house in Wisconsin. So far, so good. We’ll see how they hold up to the WI winter, but so far very happy with them. Easy to set up, easy to open and close. Look nice, too. Worth the price so far. Will update review next summer once I see how they held up.

I have had these locks for some time but only recently started using them (2) when I changed at the gym. Today I locked them as usual but when I came back to open them, only one would unlock. Despite clearing and re-entering the correct combination multiple times I could not get it to open. It was very embarrassing trying to find someone with bolt cutters which people just don't have lying around. Even more difficult since my clothes, car keys, and phone were in the locker that now won't unlock. While staff were trying to locate someone with bolt cutters, I kept playing with different variations of my combination and after 25 minutes hit on one that worked! It seems that for some unknown reason other than poor quality control the first tumbler had switched digits 4 positions. I was very lucky but will you be? I wouldn't take the chance on being locked out like I was by staying as far away from this product as you can. The ones I got are out of the return period so are destined for the trash where all junk belongs!

Perfect for our backyard and keeping our kids in. The combination was easy to set with the instructions provided. Sometimes it's hard to tell if the lock is clicked in because it is kind of shallow but it locks and has held up really well.

Title indicated it was suitable for outdoor use but it did not stand up well to the elements. May be ok as an indoor lock but I would possibly choose a different option there as well. Dials seem to be misaligned after a month or so and do not turn very well. Also had an issue with the combination changing on one of the locks. Not real sure what happened with that but the lock is useless now. If you need a cheap indoor lock that won't be used much this one may be worth a shot, otherwise I would go with a Master lock or the like.

These are awesome. I only needed one, but now I have a back-up. You can change the code to anything you want, which is pretty cool. Easy to remember. And they work great!
