Where was this product when I needed it?
I’ve had pretty gnarly lacerations before. This one time, I got in a fight with a coconut with a knife and I lost... I’m planning on getting some tattoo artwork done soon and was looking for something to protect my future investment. When I had a bad laceration on my hand, I tried a bag over my arm and inevitably, water would get in the bag or I’d get it on my gauze. Talk about a pain the butt when you have one hand and have to try and tie a bag over your other hand only to find that your freshly dressed wound is wet and needs to be re-bandaged to prevent infection.I gave the product a whirl and it is perfect. Tried it in cold water, hot water, and was even able to easily apply it with one hand. The surface of the material is great. It’s wraps to your skin snug. Best part about it, no water; the skin remained dry and it’s easy to remove. Hassle free. No tape or tying bags in knots needed. Works as advertised. NOTE: there’s 50 feet of the adhesive in the bag. If you’re going to get sleeves done, you might want to consider getting 2 rolls.

Very convenient to use
My first thought was this looks just like the plastic wrap for leftover food. And maybe it is the same thing. But my Dad loves this because it is so hassle free. Just use the handle and wrap as many times you need to so water doesn’t reach the wound. Simple as that.I’m not giving it 5 stars because 1. at $17, I think it is a bit pricey, but heck we keep buying it for the convenience, and 2. The first time I ordered this, the handle came broken. Still usable, but the handle is what makes this item so convenient, and it was disappointing to say the least to wrap the plastic with a broken handle less than half the length.

SEALS TIGHT
This stuff really works. It seals tight for those who might have a picc line installed. Before I tried all the old home remedies to keep my picc line dry, none of them worked. I checked on Amazon for something and found this and it really seals tight and you are able to do it yourself. This stuff reminds me of the stuff they use to wrap deliveries in when they have a bunch on a pallet to keep them from falling out. It seals that tight and will definitely keep your picc line dry. Super glad I found this.

Don't waste your money
This is another one of those items that is not worth the money period. Its basically like a really small roll of saran wrap that takes many loops to cover an arm or legand it curls into itself too much. 18 dollars is far too much for what you get.

Mute
No opinion. I was not impressed

easy to use
This product was a life saver. Over an upper arm PICC line dressing which is hard to cover with any other type of waterproof product. Just roll around the site and jump in the shower. I would recommend twice at the top and bottom just so it doesn't roll down. I told all the home health workers about this product. They had never seen it before.

Hard to cut
Good product but could be better if perforated for easier cut and usage.

Great for tattoos if that's what you're buying it for
I only used this product for Tattoos, so i can't attest to its efficacy with say burns, but I'm guessing its the same. The wrap sticks like seran warp, but its not itchy, holds up well under water, and made my tattoo heal much faster than just putting goo in it every day. It also keeps dust and such out of your tattoo, and prevents it from scabbing over. So for tats, I love it.
