The lights make my heart happy 🙏
I’ve had my keyboard for a while and I can’t say I’ve had any problems! I’ve found it easy to clean and the lights are a nice feature that helps me add a little extra fun to my day. I’m a frequent gamer and I haven’t noticed any wear on any of the keys. I noticed an issue with the D key after a while of using it but it was immediately fixed when I gave it a good clean. It’s very click-y so do know you won’t be investing in a silent keyboard by any means, but I think the clicks are fun. All in all, it’s served me well during all of the time I’ve had it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who may be curious.

Great budget keyboard!
The media could not be loaded. I haven't had a mechanical keyboard since my very first computer 20 years ago now, and as a writer with rheumatoid arthritis, I've been missing out. For the past decade or a little more, I've been using laptops and their built-in keyboards, and had developed a habit of typing really hard, literally pounding on the keyboard, in order to feel some tactile feedback. Obviously, this was hell on my arthritis, and as a writer who's already had to abandon writing long projects with pen and paper, I wasn't looking forward to the idea of having to abandon writing altogether, too. (Voice typing software has a long way to go before I trust it near my writing projects!)Thankfully, a friend said I should try mechanical keyboards because they've heard about people not typing as hard once they had some good tactile feedback, and I started looking for something I could afford. Enter this keyboard! The blue switches on this keyboard are very tactile and allow me to type without causing my hands too much pain, which is something I hadn't even realized I could do. I'll be changing the keycaps at some point because I'm not a fan of the 'gamer font' included on it and want something that better shows off the amazing backlights.Knocking off a star because when I get typing really fast, even though I can feel the click of the key, I sometimes see that a letter gets skipped. It's not terribly often, not enough for me to stop using the keyboard anyway, but it is kind of a hassle to have already gotten several words more typed up before it registers to me that I've made a typo. But I'm a pretty fast typist, clocking in at 80+ wpm max speed, so my use case isn't exactly 'average', either.EDIT: Discovered that the ripple pattern on the backlight was a specific culprit to the ghosted keypresses at high speeds. Switching to the slowly-shifting rainbow pattern has actually eliminated the issue. Still a neat effect, and if you're not typing at professional speeds probably not an issue for you. If it is, switch to a different LED pattern with a constant animation instead of one that responds to your keypress.Backlights: I have the RGB backlights with blue switches, and I absolutely adore the ripple effect when I'm typing, although the patterns do get a little muddied when I get going, as you can see in the video. But I actually like that, since it means that the pattern is never quite the same depending on what I'm typing and how fast I'm typing at any given moment. As mentioned before, I'll be looking for a set of keycaps to better show off these backlights, because they are an amazingly gorgeous part of the appeal to this keyboard. It'd be nice if there were a way to program the backlighting and colors using software on my computer, but I'm not particularly stuck on that and it's kind of a take-it-or-leave-it thing for me at this juncture.Loudness: The blue switches on this keyboard are LOUD. I don't mind it, personally, but if I were going for an office environment instead of using it at home, I would probably go for different switches, possibly brown. If you worry about keeping small children awake in the same room or bothering roommates or coworkers, definitely go for a different switch color over the prettier RGB LEDs.

i really like this keyboard
The media could not be loaded. i really like this keyboard. im typing the review up on it right now and its absolutely delightful. its hard to describe exactly what is so nice about these sorts of keyboards relative to the normal rubber dome types, its kind of something you need to try for yourself to understand. best i can compare it to is like a power switch on like old tv's where you pressed it in and you could feel it clicking into an on position, imagine that sort of tactile feeling on every single keystroke. its amazing. the board is really solid, it doesnt flex at all, and is fairly weighty for its size. the feet on the back are really nice too, they snap up and down with authority and have nice rubber feet on them, there is no way this will move around on your desk unless you deliberately move it. the colored lights are a nice gimmick if youre into that sort of thing, i have mine on the setting where they light up everytime you press a key which i think is probably the least distracting while still being sort of interesting.now onto the cons, its very loud, louder than i was even expecting and i was expecting it to be loud! louder than the old ibm keyboards you may remember as a child. definitely the loudest keyboard ive ever used in my life. the whole keyboard is very bare bones, if you took the cover off a normal keyboard and just had the innards exposed thats sort of what you have here with the entire key and switch assembly mounted onto the surface. the backplate turns into a reflector essentially transmitting out as much sound as possible. its fine for me, but i could imagine it would be really annoying to anyone else if you have to share your living space. the key caps themselves arent the best either, theyre thin plastic and very low contrast at least on the white model i got, im not crazy about the font either but its not like you look at them often while youre actually using it. also one of the big pros of the form factor is the lack of the numpad, but i keep finding myself missing that. holding down control and hitting the plus sign to change the scale of the font is something that i didnt realize how much i used until i didnt have it. the numpad is also just way superior for inputting numbers, and after using it for so many years im very bad at using the top row for doing anything but 1-5. i didnt detract a point for that though but its something to consider if your making the leap to mechanical at the same time as switching to 10 keyless. the reason im giving it only 4 stars is because the one i got was somewhat dinged up on arrival. i put up pictures to show how one side has a bend in the tip of the aluminum plate, its not a big deal because you can barely tell while using it, but the box was in perfect condition on arrival so it had to happen somewhere at the factory. not worth the hassle of returning for something so inconsequential, but qc might be a concern with these.you can see how long this is getting though, and the keyboard really does make it such that every key press is fun. so overall its great for the price, provided you can live with the noise.

Really good for the price!
I really enjoy using this keyboard, it feels good to use. I did switch up my keycaps to razer ones I had on had. But the original keys were just as good quality to the razor ones.Update:Since the first review I've had issues with the A key, I've swapped the switches out with the extras supplied in the hopes that would fix it but it just seems after while it will randomly not respond for a few seconds.

It's wonderfully cheap
This is my first mechanical keyboard and I bought it because it was the cheapest I could find ($25Cdn) and allows you to switch between Outemu switches (and a few others). I wouldn't call it fully hotswappable because there are a lot of switches that won't fit. I want to switch between linear, clicky, and tactile switches so I can decide what I like before investing in something expensive. I haven't gotten to try changing switches as yet since the alternatives have yet to be delivered. It's bubblegum pink which actually is okay, because it's nice that the cord is easily identifiable in my sea of black cables. I've actually really enjoyed it so far (~3wks) and like it better than my laptop keyboard even though it is very noisy.
