doesn't move at all while playing....since the drums and stands represent Central and South America they should be manufactured there.....like Brazil...

I bouth it thinking that It include 2 congas and the stand...its a ad with a trick.. too expensive for only one conga and stand

These cost less than the three-ply Matadors and their hardware is almost as good. Note that this version of the Aspire uses the older and more fiddly dual wingnut mounts rather than the newer slide-mounts, which are waaay more convenient.There are a lot of snobs out there who refer to Aspires as "junk" or "kiddie congas." Believe me, they are not. Where it counts, the design and components are great. I have a set of three-drum Aspires and three-drum Matadors as well. I like them both.The smaller, non-standard sizes of the three Aspire shell sizes have less tension on the head than the Matadors when tuned to the same pitch, which does make a slight difference, and if you ever want to upgrade to high-end cowhide or muleskin heads, you would have to stretch them yourself (videos are available on line for this). An unintended plus for the Aspires is that the 10" and 11" drums have five lugs rather than six, which actually makes it a little easier to tune properly to get rid of wonky overtones (three pairs of opposing lugs take a bit longer to dial out the ring).If you are shopping for Aspires, you might want to check out the slide-mount versions. I've retrofitted my Matadors to slide-mounts and am happy with them. You can do the same with this version of Aspire drums but you would need to buy a new stand.
