After working properly for ONE day, it has started giving issues.....suddenly, the fragrance is very very mild even if i increase the amount of drops of essential oil, which works perfectly with other diffusers. And it shuts down automatically even when there is a lot of water left for no reason. Seriously regretting having bought this diffuser!

I am writing this review after four months. I used it for about 10 times and then it stopped working all of a sudden. I cleaned the steel portion with warm water and vinegar, but it wasn't of any help. The light gets turned on, but there is no mist.I would not recommend this product at all. It was a waste of money, and it's not cheap either.

The product is nice to look at and works as intended. However the plastic coating on the cap started to peel off. The outer build is fine but inner build needs to improve.

Hardly used a few times, then it appears to have developed loose electrical connection, hence not working properly anymore or working only at a specific angle of wiring which is tough to attain.

It worked fine for a couple of days and then the skin of the product started coming off itself, IDK why the heck! Such a waste of money!

Loved the product and its totally the best diffuser i have used so far.
