This is a terrific trampoline.First, I want to comment on the seller. The promised delivery date was 6/9 - 6/15 and the actual delivery was on 6/7. The trampoline was delivered completely two days early and the boxes were in good condition. Since I had no problems with the trampoline, I cannot comment further on H&L Direct, but in fulfillment and delivery, they are top notch.I really like the trampoline. I've had two other trampolines over the course of my life and this one is better than either of those. At 15' and having 250# weight limit, I expected the hardware to be bigger. The tubes, springs, and fittings are smaller than other trampolines. That is not a bad thing. This trampoline is ENGINEERED. Note that there are ten legs supporting the trampoline. There are 90 springs. The net support is attached to the trampoline with a pair of bolts. Once the net is hung on the support poles, the entire structure is well formed and very rigid. All of this makes the larger trampoline very bouncy and very solid to use and move. The pad is large and thick and completely covers the springs. It has a skirt that holds it tight around the circumference of the trampoline frame. The kangaroo in the middle of the mat makes it easy to stay in the middle. No one has hit the net at full force yet, but, assuming the opening is zipped, I do not see any way someone could go through the net or between the net and the trampoline pad. The structure strikes me as very safe. The only concerns I have involve the longevity of the plastic spacers between the poles and the trampoline and the plastic pole tops that hold the net in position. Not sure these will hold up to many seasons of direct sunlight. Hope I am wrong or that these are available as replacement parts.A lot of people have complained about assembly. This surprises me as I found the trampoline very easy to assemble and only needed assistance during the assembly of the base.I pre-assembled the five base legs then had my wife and son hold the ends of the unclosed frame as I added each section. Then I laid the mat on the ground and installed the springs. The springs only go in one way, so you loop them onto the mat hooks then pull them into the frame slots. The spring hook was helpful and you need to add the springs at gaps so you do not need a winch to finish the job -- all of that is in the directions. I really like the way the poles go up. Each pole is two pieces. One slips into the other and is locked by a spring loaded button. The net holders snap on top of each pole the same way. The pads slide over the pole then each pole is attached to the trampoline using an eye bolt and a standard bolt. The pad ties on with elastic straps. You do not have to tie all of them, though, because the skirt of the pad holds it over the frame. The net slips over the top of the pole then you pull elastic straps with plastic hooks under the frame and attach each plastic hook to a corresponding eyelet (the triangle things around the circumference) on the trampoline mat. People also get excited about the ladder. I installed it, but do not use it. Were I shorter, I might. It works but is tough on bare feet. If I used it, I would wrap it in some kind or pad or attach a board above the pipe.I highly recommend this trampoline as safe and fun.

Works great but padding is already ripping.
We have had this for 4 months. The netting and trampoline are working great and seem very sturdy. The green padding around the springs is ripping and the straps are breaking off. My daughter is 10yrs old and that is the oldest age of the children that jump, the rest are younger than that.

Jump like a Kangaroo!
Large, nice looking and the kids love it!! The "ladder" isn't a ladder at all, but is an L shaped bar attached to the leg of the trampoline. Small children can't utilize it. Wish there were stamped numbers on the metal outer rim to match up with numbers on the trampoline itself in order to make assembly so much easier. Happy with our purchase!

Flimsy frame/legs. Not much bounce.
Fast shipping. Easy to assemble. Legs are very flimsy. Looks like they will buckle in when a 200 lb adult jumps around. I don't believe the five star reviews are legit.Update.. changing to one star from two. My kids don't like it and say it's not very springy/bouncy. They want me to return it and get one they can bounce higher on like their friends have. All their friends. They said this one is the least bouncy they have ever jumped on. Very disappointed. Expected more for the price.

Based on the cost, quality of parts/materials is disappointing
For the cost, I would have expected better quality parts. When putting the trampoline together I discovered that there was a pole missing from the shipment. I emailed the company and got a quick initial response and after confirming my order number I didn't get a follow up to let me know my part was in the mail, however it was shipped right away and arrived a few days later. When the top pole arrived, the cap piece at the top was broken off completely and cracked through the middle of it. The pink vinyl pockets for the poles that connect to the screen don't seem to be sewn very well because they are all coming apart from the screen. There were multiple times where the directions were a little confusing because they were not thorough and it was hard to see what was going on in the pictures. The frame did not seem as easy to put together as the directions let on and it took some time to finally get the pieces to lock into each other without coming apart when we started on the next section. The jump mat was the easiest part to put on and seems sturdy. Only one out of six of the pins on the bottom poles popped out to lock when the top pole went on. The rest did not pop out when the poles were put together no matter how hard I tried to make them lock. Overall, it looks nice and does what it's supposed to do, but for the cost of this product I didn't expect there to be this much hassle and missing/poorly made material.

Cute but needs real instructions.
So I do really like this trampoline but what they call instructions was horrible. I typically enjoy putting things together and never have a problem with getting things figured out. But the lack of instruction left me a little frustrated. It was not so bad that I couldn't eventually figure it out. For example, it has different size screws that aren't labeled and nowhere in the instructions does it tell you to use them. The only thing it says about the screws are where not to put them. Like I said I figured it out but it made it much more difficult because you don't know which ones go where and at what point to use them.

Fantastic product and a reasonable price
Fantastic product and a reasonable price. Arrived way ahead of when they said it would, relatively easy (and fun) to assemble, and of a high quality. One minor issue involving a spare part was immediately resolved by the sellers without question, which was impressive. Since then the kids (and all the kids on the street) have had a ton of fun. Highly recommended.

Size is perfect for four kids
The kids love this! Solid construction. Kids are much safer with the net!
