Got my Grandsons Lamborghini running again.
I found a child’s electric Lamborghini sports car in the trash during a walk around the neighborhood. The car looked practically new but it didn’t work. I tracked the failure down to the speed controller sitting in water. Purchased the new controller and my grandkids back in business! It is my 2 year old grandson favorite car.

Fixed my daughters best choice 12v Jeep. Couple screws and a few connectors. Just like the original one. No problems installing. Seems like it’s quality. My old one got water in it.

Must have WHITE button remote.
This should work if you have a white button remote. If you have a red button remote it will not be compatible with your parent remote. The red button remotes come with the control boxes with the FCCE sticker on them, look for this too. If you have this your replacement must also have it. If not the remote will do nothing. However, putting this control box on a car with a red button remote will still allow the car to work, just with no parent control. Other than the FCCE sticker the control boxes appear completely identical, inside and out. Sellers across amazon need to be much more clear on this. Install itself is pretty simple. Two screws. The 4 plugs are idiot proof. Lastly, do not stuff 24v through these. I see some people increasing their car voltage from 12 to 24. The components in this unit are all rated at 14v and you will probably damage something. There are 24v versions available.

Check the color of that label on the side.
My original module has a GREEN label on the side. This module has a RED label on the side. The two were not interchangeable on my car. Ordered the same part, RX23 12V with 7 pin connection with the GREEN label on the side and everything worked great. I searched for info on the differences and couldn't find any data. Lesson learned, don't make same mistake I did.

Capacitor C16 keeps blowing, capacitors need to be higher voltage. Cheap manufacturers !
