Should i be seeing white powder come out? i saw none....just felt 'poofs' of air. very $$ for small bottle that seems to do nothing.

You do need to shake this pretty well before using/during use. if you do not, or towards the end of the can, it does end up not spraying much more than air. but yes, my hair is white when i spray this on.

Best way to get rid of the white residue fast?

I use a hair drier to get rid of the white residue and restyle a bit, always works. I have dark brown hair with some highlights.

Can I use this dry shampoo if I have keratin treatment on my hair?

Yes it is safe for keratin treated hair.
