Swizzels Matlow Parma Violets 50 Rolls

Delicious! Reminds me of my childhood. My mum would always have a wee pack of these in her bag. They taste pretty.

I thought I was getting a taste like the Cowards violet candies but they were not the same. They taste sweeter and are great tasting. They're more for adults taste than for kids.

I love these and enjoy them whenever I want to freshen my breath or just have the taste of them.

We fell in love with these when visiting the UK. Love being able to get them in the US! I shared them with friends as part of a Gaudy Night book club party. They arrived on time and were fresh and lovely and a fun addition to the centerpiece! Will definitely plan to purchase again!

I have a weakness for violet candies. As an American, I had no idea these existed until I saw someone compare them to my favorite, C Howard's. I had to try them. If you don't like violet candy, these are not for you. My sister thinks all violet candies taste like perfume, and these were no exception. These do have a strong violet taste, and are a little bit sweeter than C Howard's. I thought they were great. These ship from the UK, so they take some time to arrive in the US. That being said, mine shipped immediately and arrived far before the estimated arrival date. They were packaged well and arrived with no damage. Overall, great seller and great product!

I haven't had Smarties in an age because I don't care for the common flavors as an adult, but for these I'm happy to make an exception. They are excruciatingly addictive, very violet with perhaps a faint aftertaste of lavender. The best part is, violet acts as a mild pain reliever and these seem to settle my stomach, so they have a purpose even beyond the taste if you're feeling a bit off. Only 7 grams of sugar in a roll makes them all the more tempting. They are sweet, but just the right amount of sweet. Quite nice, would gladly buy again. Be ready to wait a bit, though; they ship from far and took some weeks to get here.

These remind of a lavender candy I used to eat when I was a child but much tastier!! Really good flavor not too sweet and will cure your sugar cravings!

I've ordered these 5 times in 2025 (I don't have a problem, you have a problem) and I love them. The fifth order was weird. About 1/3 of the rolls that I've opened and tasted so far have had a strong off/contaminated/chemical taste to them, usually appearing paler than the others. Some of them were also disintegrating to dust as I opened the packets, so they may have been old. I know it's not me having covid or anything else that might impact taste, because i could taste the difference between the off ones and the normal ones when i had both to eat. Maybe there was a contamination, maybe they went bad, who knows. I don't think I'll order them again from this vendor, which is a shame. This was the best value for money. The three stars are only for this one batch problem, otherwise it would be five, but they don't come in a sealed packet, so it makes me nervous.

Wow how these remind of my childhood! Taste almost the same....not as strong as I recall but that could just be nostalgia I will have to order more because everytime someone sees me opening them I end up giving the pack away 😆 🤣
