Does this shampoo "foam up" like regular shampoos? Or is it more creamy?

The Color Security shampoo is a sulfate free shampoo so when you first use it you may not notice much lather. That is the shampoo working pulling out all of the build up in the hair from other shampoos and hair products. After the first few washes, the shampoo will lather as your hair will have no build up and be very clean. It is not a clarifying shampoo, but a shampoo that has no leave behind ingredients. Those ingredients cause the build up.
