No complaints. Good chain. I like the protective sleeve. I use chain to lock up my bike at convenience stores for quick pit stops.

seems to be very sturdy also using abus locks could it be cut ? don't know how easy it would be to cut it's long enough to for 2 bikes and not to heavy to keep with bike

The size of the links are impressive and should make it hard for a potential thief to cut through. I also had a special lock that did not have a curved top and found that one end of the chain has a larger link then the other, allowing one to fit through the other so you can use locks without curved tops (which can be cut easily). Most importantly was the 10 foot length. I was able to go through the front and rear tires of TWO bikes and still have enough to attach to a bike rack (or travel trailer tire or tongue). And best of all, the chain is wrapped in a nice cloth which protects my e-bike's paint job. Note that the chain is heavy to carry around (around 5 pounds) but to me the protection and length are worth it. I highly recommend this chain. I have had the chain for many months now and I haven't noticed any rusting or problems.

I got this to keep my ebike locked in my garage for the days I wander to the backyard with the garage open or my kids forget to close the garage. It will certainly work for keeping honest people honest and my bike from walking off. The case is sturdy and keeps the paint on my bike from scratching and the length makes it super easy to find something to attach it to. Definitely a great value and deterrent for crimes of opportunity.

Appears to be well made and sturdy. Since the standard size for a lock shackle is 3/8” and the opening in these links are also 3/8”, a standard lock will not work. With the help of a friend we were able to open a portion of both end links to accommodate a 3/8” lock shackle. It didn’t take too long to grind out to 25/64. Being able to grind the hardened steel fairly easy makes me wonder how hard they made it. It would be nice if the manufacturer did this to each end link. Haven’t used yet. Will re-review if needed. Also the chain is twice as heavy as the description says.

This is used to secure my rolling toolbox at my jobsite near a homeless camp to prevent it from magically rolling away. I have a gun safe lock on it as well to thwart bolt cutters. So far, it's worked great.

Is a decent chain and the cloth covering is a plus for my need. The 6 ft chain is a plus for me as I use it to secure my e-bike when shopping or out and about. It is a thing chain and if give them enough time someone would and will get through it. For the price and the reason that I purchased it it is an a+ in my book..

Great security chain that I'm hoping will keep thieves from stealing my bike(s). I'm gauging my review based on their advertisements regarding strength. I also like the weaved cloth materials protecting the chain from causing scratches on my nice bike. The length is just right as is the gauge of the chain making it a reasonable weight to carry on my bike. I'd purchase this again and if anyone asks, I'd recommend it along with the lock.

Small enough to slip into the holes in the rims and passby the brake drums. They will add one more layer of protection to the trailers. Going to lock the tandem axle trailers tires together

I see some reviews complaining that it is heavy, but isn't that the reason this chain would be effective? That being so I wouldn't recommend this as a bike chain you carry around, you would be better off with a more portable one that mounts to the frame. However this seems like a good option for storage of bikes in the bike locker room or if you needed to chain something up like a gate, BBQ, I would even use this on my motorcycle. The heavy duty cloth jacket seem quite sturdy and protects you items from being scratched. I own several Abus products they are all really well made, nothing feels cheap.

Good chain at a fair price. Unfortunately not the easiest to find a secure lock that fits with it.

The thickness of this chain makes it much more portable than the 12ks model. Chain links are thick enough on the 6ks. On the 12ks the chain links are too thick and the chain is very very heavy. Not so with the 6ks which is so much lighter.

After 2 years of outdoor use (for my BBQ), it's still in perfect condition. Even if it's possible to get through every type of chain, it would be difficult to get through this one without someone noticing. Highly recommended.
