Super seller, fast shipping, battery works great
I'm very happy with the purchase. I waited a couple of weeks to give the battery a good test. Old battery was dying after 20 minutes without plugging in. New battery now brings this favorite laptop back to a much longer life without the plug -- about 4-5 hours or longer.Seller was very quick to get the product to me which was greatly appreciated. I will highly recommend the seller and the battery.NOTE: this battery does not have an HP label on it. HP does not make batteries -- the original battery was a part made by another manufacturer. This manufacturer is definitely a quality company.

battery charge life
The life charge does not last as long as the original battery did when I purchased my HP ProBook 4530s.

GREAT VALUE
this will be the second time i have ordered this battery. The first replacement lasted 315 days. It gets used every day for almost an hour I recently noticed the laptop is powering down because battery is low.I think that is GREAT!! The price is almost the same. I will again in a year if I still have my old laptop.

good price and works great
Having a battery that actually works now is great! The battery I had (original that came w/ HP Probook when I bought it) would no longer hold a charge at all. So it was getting tedious to have to always plug into power adapter.New battery pops right in and works! I'm taking the supplier's advice to let the battery run down before re-charging it to extend the battery life and over run time between charges.

So far so good
Easy installation into an HP Probook 4540s. Followed instruction to charge it, run it down to 2%, then charge it again. It did seem to hang at 5% for a while, so I recharged it "a little early". Tested screen at 100% brightness and playing movies on YouTube. Battery lasted 3 and 1/2 hours. Tested at 85% brightness and doing non video related things, and battery lasted about 5 hours. Now I'll see how long it holds up over time.

Xinkaisheng will not respond to warranty request
Purchased in Sept, 2024, after 6 months of lite work the battery will no longer hold a charge. Their Amazon product page states a one (1) year warranty; tried contacting Xinkaisheng through Amazon and they will not reply. Amazon tells me that I need to contact them directly and yet there is no way to contact them. So basically that warranty becomes a 30 day warranty with Amazon..... Good Luck!

updated review - Excellent customer service
The seller responded immediately to my warranty claim and a replacement was received within 3 days. That's excellent customer service. I hope the replacement performs better than the original which had been working well then suddenly failed to hold a charge after 7 months.
