As I got older, I noticed that in the morning I would wake up with my neck and arm hurting. Sometimes my hip. I've tried a couple different things and they didn't work. These work. After about a week of taking them I started feeling better. They helped with the pain. They are not as expensive as the other stuff I had been taking.

Contains shellfish
I took this product for a couple of months and my joints (and tennis elbow!) did feel somewhat better. Not a remarkable difference, but better! I'm writing this review primarily to highlight for others that this does contain shrimp and crab ingredients, so if you have a shellfish allergy, beware! I did not realize this at first and had to switch to a different brand without shrimp.

These are the real deal
"Nature Made TripleFlex, Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM " The price is great and the time stamp on each bottle was 2 1/2 years in the future! The only difference between these and the original ( that I used for 20 years ) is that vitamin D was added. Note that for me this formulation does help my joints - they do not hurt as much and my knuckles are not as swollen.

椎間板ヘルニアなのですが、以前は朝起きづらく、準備体操などをしていました。それでも腰が重く、なかなかエンジンがかかりません。しかし、コレを呑んで約2か月で効果が出始め、もう15年以上快調です。以前は、年2~3回はリハビリに通いましたが、それも全くなくなりました。用心だけは怠りませんが、これは私にとってとてもいいものでした。あまり良い事ばかり書いていますが、私は一消費者です。試そうと思う人とこのサプリメントの相性が良ければ幸いですね。 外国の薬などは、サイズが大きいのか飲みづらい人もあるかと思いますが、そんな時は、自分で割って飲めばいいと思います。それよりも、体調のいい方を選択した方が・・・・・・。
