Large Kit Quick Bonding Adhesive, Filling & Reinforing

I used it to repair many body parts on my quad it work incredible , the glue does not dry fast which is good but when you put it on the powder it's instant hard, update 8-1-13 this stuff has so many uses and the kit I bought is lasting along time for as many things I have repaird.

This failed to permanently bond the plastic pieces on broken ATV fenders..... No matter how well the surface was prepped, this stuff failed to offer a strong enough bond to hold the pieces together for more than a couple of hours, despite mechanically reinforcing the broken plastic fenders. I'm quite disappointed in this product after reading so many positive comments about it. I broke down and removed the fenders from the machine, scrubbed them completely clean and allowed them to dry for an entire day. I scuffed both sides of the breaks in the plastic fenders & began by taping the outside to mechanically hold the plastic together. I then tried to glue the fenders from the inside, but this glue would not bond the materials. I then got some thinner plastic and tried to bond it to the broken fenders on the inside, which initially seemed to have worked. This was after removing the glue I applied the 1st time, scuffing the area to be bonded, washing it again & allowing it to completely dry. I had also scuffed the plastic patch panel to be binded to the inside of the broken fender, washed it and allowed it to dry. I had a couple of gaps where I applied the included resin and then glue......I then applied a light coat of glue to the patch and the broken fender and put the two pieces together, and applied some packing tape to hold the pieces together while I removed the tape from the outside and tried to glue that side. On the outside, I applied resin where there was space or a small gap, and then applied the glue, as per instructions. I really thought this stuff would work. It failed before I had the fender back on the ATV. I tried to make this glue work 3 completely separate times,failing each & every time. I finally broke down and dug out my rivet gun, drilled countersunk holes from the outside of the fender and riveted on the plastic patch material I was trying to glue on, which has held up for 2 months now. This glue was nothing more than a major waste of time and money in my experience.

I use thhis almost daily in my business to repair plastic parts. It is great stuff. My only complaint would be that thre should be another bottle or two of the plastic reinforcement powder to match the number of bottles of glue.

Only negative it is difficult to mend vertical surfaces but the strength is great. I repaired broken Dash parts and so far so good!

Works better than advertised! I've tried many other products with no success. This worked great for my application which was automotive.
