Not just for teeth!
This is a great product! I had not considered a water flosser until a recent visit to the dentist. I go for cleanings every 3 months just because my teeth start feeling gross at month four even with good home care. I have a couple of food traps, Im not great at reaching to brush in the back of my teeth, and there is something to the ph of my mouth or something that promotes tarter build up. This gadget is amazing, in just a few seconds visible tarter is gone and it looks like I just came from the dentist! I also use it to clean the grime that builds up around the drain in my bathroom that I used to scrape with a razor blade. Its like having a miniature power washer!

Worth the money
Really love this water flosser. I currently own two (different brands) and this is my favorite. Decided to upgrade once I got braces and this one is much smoother on my gum and love the special attachments for the braces and the tongue. I do wish it was able to hold more water because it takes me like two fills to really get a good floss.

I like it
The media could not be loaded. The appearance is very beautiful and the use is simple and not complicated. There are also many different punches.

Do NOT purchase THIS product...
I bought the Water Flosser Cordless Oral Irrigator Portable Rechargeable Dental Flosser(sic) on August 23, 2019. It lost its capability to charge its internal battery charging on October 25. So for $36, even as labeled "Amazon's Choice", it lasted 63 days. That is about $0.56 (USD) a day for to have the privilege of dumpinginto the recycle bin at the garbage dump. I should have paid the extra couple of bucks for the extended warranty but I did not. Or paid the extra 60 bucks for the WaterPik. While the product lasted, it was impressive. It is a little bulky for my tastes for traveling, but I was pleased for 62 days. "Amazon's Choice" may have meant something once but it does not meanmuch to me any more.

Better than nothing
Hard to use as your hand keeps hitting the controls. -- have it your mouth before you turn it on or you will have water everywhere! The reservoir is a little too small to get the whole mouth -- usually have to refill. The tips are OK.One thing that was not in the ad is that when the battery dies you have to throw away the entire product, no way to recharge or replace the battery -- when it dies, we will replace it with something better.

difficult to use
This is difficult to use and even when in your mouth it's spraying water all over the area. It's difficult b/c you can't get it onto the speed you want without going through all the others and the higher speeds really hurt. And despite what is advertised, it does not have an on/off switch, you just have to wait for it to switch off after several seconds

Works so well!
This water flosser has been the best for helping keep my mouth healthy. I really like the periodontal attachment, as it gets into all the difficult to reach areas. My dental hygienist gave me a great report at the last cleaning! One note - this seller provided excellent customer service when I had an issue with the flosser. It suddenly stopped working, and they quickly responded to my inquiry to assist. They were able to help me troubleshoot and get it working again, and it's been great since!

Can no longer do without but guarded about reliability
I've had some experience with these devices and clones over the past year. I can longer do without a "water pick" device for dental hygiene but I am very concerned about the reliability of these products. This unit performs just as effectively as other units I have owned and is identical in functional features to the others; i.e. has various levels of pulse strength for the water discharge, it holds adequate amount of water for normal cleansing without refill, comes with multiple nozzles for different functions, nozzles can be swiveled for optimum cleansing targeting, the water pick-up tube in the tank is weighted which allows use of most all of the tank water not matter what position you are holding it, and is very portable with an included travel bag.A big plus on this particular unit is the design (redesign?) of the water tank attachment to the flosser body. This tank is much easier to release from the body of the flosser via a spring loaded latch that securely locks the tank to the body but can be readily released by depressing the latching button. The previous flossers I owned have a design where the tank locked to the body of the flosser with two prongs (molded into the tank body) that snap over an edge in that body. Difficult to remove the tank and on all of the previous units (4) the prongs broke within a short time of use and the tank was not adequately anchored. This was remedied with the use of a rubber bad to hold the tank to the flosser body- not very elegant but very simple and functional AND I didn't need to go through any return procedure and lose the use of what has become indispensable for my wife and I's oral hygiene. This particular unit is functionally identical to the unit I just returned for a refund after less than one week of use because the pump in that unit failed to deliver water under adequate pressure. That just returned flosser is the fourth one that I have owned in the last year that failed for the same reason - pump stopped pumping adequately. I purchased two of those through Amazon and when the first unit stopped working (after 3months of use) I got totally satisfactory response from the manufacturer under warranty and had a new unit with a week - wonderful. Another replacement was quickly sent out when a problem with charging the flosser developed and was finally traced to a faulty charging cable - the unique one supplied buy the manufacturer.Subsequently, both these replacement unit failed within 7 months and when I again contacted the manufacturer I could not longer talk to my original customer service person who had so effectively handled my problem and further attempted contact got no response AT ALL!Thus, my rating is calculated on the function of the flosser - 5 star - and the reliability/durability being - 1 star. What to do? This flosser is functionally identical to the others that have failed (and in a distressingly short period of use) with a better (much) tank attachment design but what looks to be the exact same heart of the unit - the pump. Are all these flossers using the same pump from the same manufacturer and as such made in the same facility? I have no idea but am concerned. This flosser came in the same product package with a different label as to who to contact for service but ultimately who is standing behind it?I'll finish my review by again stating that this device has become indispensable so I guess I will take my chances and if needed replace as required.(and hopefully more than 6 months). Fairly inexpensive to have the feeling of just visiting your dental hygienist every time you use it without the expense and the convenience of never leaving your house.By the way, the expense of this particular unit is less than (at least currently) my original flossers and an identical looking unit was just viewed in a Hammer/Slammer catalog at more than double the current price - go figure!

Disappointed
The water holder doesn't fit properly to the main body and leaks water when used. Overall low quality. Disappointed
