Factory item, worked flawlessly
No disappointments here. I think the box may have sitting in a warehouse for a while and the corners were worn but who cares. The new imaging cartrdge inside was wrapped in plastic and resting in it's cozy cardboard cushions. 1/2 the price of buying this thing at the store plus it showed up in about 1 week. It works great and should delay the purchase of a new printer for a while. I'm happy.

Replacing the original photo conductor made my printer perform like new! This is great! At this rate my printer will last me a very long time.

Yes, what an incredible photoconductor! My printer was getting light; not from low toner. This fixed it! Maybe it can fix other things, like my car or dog.

Image in listing is deceiving for description.
The image shown appears to be toner cartridge, not a drum unit as in the description. This may lead to people buying the wrong item and should be corrected with a better image.

Must Use Immediately
Product may be OK, but do not purchase if you intend to install it more than 30 days after sale. We had purchased an extra to have on hand for quick replacement when old cartridge was empty. When the need arose to install the new cartridge 9 mos. after purchase, we found that large amounts of toner had leaked out all over the inside of the box, rendering the product useless. Vendor quickly and politely responded to my inquiry, but informed me they have a strict 30 day return policy for which there apparently are no exceptions. So, don't buy any extras and do not purchase until you need it immediately, which results in waiting days for delivery without a functioning printer.

Brand new in box but all dried out!
This product was dried out. I installed it as soon as I received it, and it did not work any better then the one that I was replacing that had been used for several years. It was new in the original manufacturer box, and there was no damage to the box, so it must have just sat on the shelf for a long time. I have tried shaking it but the quality is still very light and hit and miss.
