It took a couple days to get used to the effects. But I have noticed a slight improvement. I ordered 4 bottles. By the time I get thru them all I'm looking forward to the additional benefits.Question. Would it be better to take 1 capsule twice a day, or continue with recommended dosage of 2 capsules once a day?

I have been taking this product for 2wks. I can tell that it is already helping with my memory. If it is working after 2wks I can not wait to see the difference after 1 month. I feel like names come to me faster than they have been. I love working on crossword puzzles and I can actually do fill in more answers without my dictionary. The answers are coming faster than they were 2-3wks ago. I feel that I can remember thinks better now than how it was a few weeks ago.

I'm well into my 2nd bottle and nothing. I was taking something else and it was ok. I read this one and thought excellent. Sounds much better than the last. Well, I guess I'd rather spend $30.00 per bottle on the other stuff. It at least it did a bit more than this one.
