Looks great and easy to install
Bought one for each bathroom. Looks great and was easy to install with the included hardware. They do feel a little more thin than I'd expect from a Moen product, but comparable ones at home Depot and other retailers were 2x the price. I deducted one star for the quality which I feel should be higher for a Moen product.

It looks great! I was a little surprised that the ring is made of plastic. The wall attachment is metal and the whole thing, installed correctly, is sturdy (I used the drywall anchors). I was expecting all metal (maybe I didn't read the description thoroughly enough) but now that I have it, plastic makes sense and doesn't detract from the look or function and it won't swing and bang into the wall when you take the towel off, like a previous one I had. Only complaint, which is minor, is the instructions should tell you the size of drill bit to use when predrilling the holes in the drywall for the anchors (it's a 1/4" bit).

We only bought this as it was the closest to the towel bar design that we already have. We would have paid more, but this was very similar. My expectations weren't high! So pleasantly surprised. It is nice quality, not the best, but good, and it is chrome, not plastic. The ring does pivot. It is easy to install and looks great. I don't think the ring will withstand wear for years and years, but for a vnity area that gets light use, I would highly recommend this towel ring. It may last for a very long time, but even if it doesn't at this price, it can be easily replaced.
