Best risotto rice. Holds shape, not claggy.
Fabulous rice, no comparison to cheap supermarket rice. Better than arborio for retaining shape and not ending up with a gooey stodgy mess.

Perfect for a lovely silky smooth risotto and a perfect bite. Just take your time and feed the rice nice and slow over 15-20 mins and it comes out perfectly. Finish with butter for a silky texture.

Definitely worth buying
I generally prefer carnaroli to arborio rice for risotto so I thought I'd try this one as I can't always find it in local shops. This is really good and I will definitely buy again. The end result is very creamy, I would absolutely recommend trying this. Really good product.
