I love English Breakfast tea. It's a great tea to start your day; my first love that introduced me to the world of caffeine. I bought this since I used to live in the UK and I knew that there was a difference in taste but had to confirm it - so I bought it. This tea compared to the ones I can buy at Walmart, Safeway and other local chains is far more full bodied compared to the US blend of Twinings. Even my husband said he liked the one we ordered from Nosh via Amazon. I made mine with milk and 2 sugars, and I often struggle to finish my tea when it is piping hot, I was surprised to see that my tea had already vanished within 3-5 minutes of making it. It's that good! My husband had it black, and he loved it! Must recommend and if you want to taste the difference, try it for yourself. I personally don't think I could go back to the US blend. Be warned though as it did take a good 4-6 weeks to get to my house, so order in advance, or enjoy the US blend while you're waiting for your package to arrive. Worth it and thank you for offering this item! Life Saver! It does come foil wrapped, though not individually wrapped - it's 2 sets of 50 bags. In addition, these do not have the staple and string to wrap around the handle - which is the UK way of having tea bags. So don't be surprised! Each tea is connected together in pairs. Just tear one as you go. What you waiting for? Order it! You won't regret it!

We love this tea to be, well, just what it says. I think it has the quintessential English tea flavor. Not too strong, not bitter. I like this size package because it is not so big that your tea goes stale or gets bitter before you can use it. (I brought a larger pack - too large - home from our last trip to London and actually discarded the last of it when this arrived for that reason.) Be aware that this will take a few weeks to arrive because it will come from London via Royal Mail handed off to the USPS for local delivery. I loved that too, because you know it has not been spending months in a warehouse somewhere getting stale. I also like that the tea is packed in two inner bags inside the box to keep one fresher while you consume the other. Just create an Amazon "Dash Button" and order more when you open the last inner bag. Cheers!

If anyone tries to tell you Twinings tea is the same here as it is in Britain they are either misinformed or lying. I HATE the US Version of Twinings English Breakfast and have wanted to try the UK one ever since I learned of its existence. It’s usually more than I want to pay, but seems to be coming down in price in the US. While it is not my favourite English breakfast tea, it is SO MUCH BETTER than the swill sold in American supermarkets. It brews a dark cup with a pleasant teaish aroma and some floral high notes. Twinings says they only use high grown Ceylon, along with Assam and African tea, and that seems plausible. The taste is smooth and flavourful, again with a discernible floralness. It is good both with just milk and with milk and sugar. It’s also pretty good straight and makes excellent cold brew iced tea. Overall it is very pleasant. Unfortunately they chose to use 2.5 grams of tea in the bag as opposed to the more common 3. If brewing in a mug I leave the bag in for a while and tend to use 5 bags when brewing a pot. I like my tea strong though, especially in the morning, so less might work for some. This tea apparently has a somewhat posh reputation in the UK. It is good and more refined than some other British teas, but it really isn’t anything special. It’s a little more complex than say Yorkshire, but not massively so. I do recommend it, but this plus it’s lesser strength and higher price point keep it from being among my favourites. Having said that, they should immediately start sending this tea to the US and retire that crap they sell in the red boxes.

I am a true tea drinker. Twinings never disappoints. This blend is smooth, full- bodied-- not the more *robust blend which I always like too-- but more well- rounded and smooth. Never gets bitter even with tea bag steeping too long. I always feel a bit "royal" drinking this stuff. As I understand it, this is the UK - sold blend. Tip:* Twinings Assam Strong Blend ( or something name to that effect, it's in a red box) is also delish. Sold on Amazon. It is more of a robust kick in the pants. I go between these two often. These big 80- count boxes are such a great value !

Twinings English Breakfast is my favorite tea. This particular tea has great flavor and I can actually use the same teabag for two cups of tea due to the strength of it. The tea is actually being shipped from England and I have to wait a little longer to receive it, but it’s worth the wait! I most definitely recommend this purchase.

I bought the Real Thing from the UK for years with great results, then they shrank the package by 25% (right around when the Queen passed...) and the flavor seemed off the last two times that I bought this product. Sad to see how the mighty have fallen
