They work.
I ordered these resistors to convert a President Ronald 10 meter radio to an 11 meter radio. They work as expected. They are packaged very well and easy to remove from the binding. I have 99 resistors left, I guess I have to buy 99 more President Ronald radios :)

Fixed an annoying issue with my car's dome light!
I replaced my car's dome light bulb with an LED, and because of the way the door switch works, there was still a little current going to it that would normally not be enough to power an incandescent bulb, but since the LED only takes a fraction of the current to power, it would stay on dimly even when the door was closed and it was supposed to be off. Well, I looked up what to do about it and found someone suggesting to stick in a resistor with the same specifications as this one, and viola, it worked! I have it a bit jury-rigged for now, with the leads off the resistor just wrapped around each bulb-holder prong (it's one of those "festoon" style bulbs). If I get the time I'll solder it in a little more nicely later on. The only problem I have now is that I literally only needed one, and now I have 99 left over because I thought I was only getting a 10 pack but it was 100! Haha

Christmas light in line fuse (1K 3/4Watt Resistors in series)
Took my soldering Iron to work and hooked 2 in series. Took home and unsoldered the ones in my Christmas light and installed the replacement need more resistance built 2 more sets and installed one at a time 3 was a charm lights came back on and still working. Just had to wrap the whole thing in the electrical tape that I purchased here too.

Very thin leads - Bend too easily
If you compare the leads of these resistors to those of other 1/4 watt units, the leads are about 1/2 the diameter of the resistor leads from other vendors such as Elegoo. When trying to insert these into a breadboard, you have to be careful as they will bend very easily if too much resistance exists in the breadboard pin hole.

As expected
I used this to convert president 10 meter radio to cb and they seem like A decent quality resistor. Working fine in my radio.

Worked on a 1988 Ls swapped Porshce 944
This worked on my ls swapped 944, the tach in the 944 would not pick up the weak 5 volt signal from the ls pcm...installed this in line with the tach signal wire and the factory tach stated working..

I was hoping for a thicker metal and not so flimsy but they do not work just fine.
