I love it so far… I bought it for my active son whose hair by the end of the day was frizzy and wild. This gel helps hold the colors all day, gives it a more wet look instead of friz and isn’t crunchy. I will definitely continue to buy again.

The original product works great for my 2C hair. But this one arrived open, and the ingredients list does not match the one in the product photo. Amazon sent me a replacement, and the exact same problem occurred: not sealed and a different ingredients list. Bummer.

It’s really good, my curls we’re curling when i used this product, it’s was a jelly like consistency when you open it but ones you mix it in your hands it turns to gel and it’s smells really good, if you like pineapple and coconut scented thing you’ll like this.

Looks like the jar i received is the formula I’m used too. This just works for me! Don’t ever change it. After diffusing with my leave in and gel. I use shea moisture curling soufflé as a finishing oil for shine! Nothing beats it for my 2C, 3A curls. I need this.

The product is very, very dense. It leaves an unpleasant amount of residue in the hair which results in poor texture.In order to get a soft texture, once it dries, I have to dilute the product 1:1 with water before applying.The smell is very nice.
