So I was in the market for a phone holder, but I really didnt want to stick onto my windscreen (as it leaves marks) and also didn't want to put it onto a vent (because then your device heats up too) Lo and behold, syncwires genius gadget. It is a tiny thing, so it doesn't make your car look tacky, it feels premium and very well made. Only large enough to cover the magnet which is more than plenty. It blends naturally into your car and does not look out of place. It comes with 3m sticky pad to place it onto the surface so you can be assured of its strength when it's stuck on. I went with instructions and allowed it 24 hours to adhere. It's not going to come off easy if/when the time comes. Phone is very sturdy. The magnets are very strong, you won't feel a wobble and when you place it on, it will feel like it's clicked into place. There is no way your device will drop. The bearing feels really premium to move and position and it will hold whatever position you want it to stay in.

Great product. Must follow guidelines product gives you to be successful. The sellers customer care is 10*. Would recommend.

Stuck on for half a day and then fell of. Redone with the spare sticky pad followed instructions and same again! Not all that great. Unfortunately wasted money. Handy with the size and the magnet for the phone is good though. I've chucked it away now looking for a different phone holder.

Works really well and pretty small

I own a 3 year old BMW it has proberly the worst sat nav money could buy its absolute rubbish. It has graphics that a five year old could have done better . That's that out of the way so I need another sat nav system. I do own a tom Tom but even though it has lifetime updates it won't connect with my pc. So I have to use my phone. Thats why I purchased this holder. I have had a vent holder ,and a suction holder with sliding grips for the phone. But both of these lasted only a short time the moving parts soon broke . Cheap brittle plastic being the cause and vent holders are just not secure enough. So I thought last go at this try the magnet type. I opted for the little stick on one because of my previous experiences with vent holders. I have one of those bean bag weighted holders that I had for my Tom tom i will stick this to that. I tested the magnet first before sticking anything and it is an extremely strong magenet it sticks like brown stuff to a blanket. Happy with that so the next test before fitting, was to try the GPS with the magnet in place without sticking it. Some buyers said in their reviews it did not work with GPS because of the magnets. I did check with amazon questions and was assured by many purchasers it would not be a problem . I am happy to report that even with the magnets GPS functions perfectly. So magnet fitted to my case of my galaxy note ten plus everything seemed fine . I fitted the ball and socket mount to the bean bag again perfect. I tried taking the phone off that was easy no clips to slide and move. Because the mount was fitted to the bean bag thing i picked it up with phone attached. I then shook it vigorously over the passenger seat i did try to shake both the phone or the mount off . Nothing moved so at this point I know I have eventually cracked my sat nav problems.a phone holder that keeps the phone secure,doesnt move when pressing the phone buttons,but is easily removed the magnet fights back a little but not enough for one hand removal. The sat nav app i have enables HUD display basically you point the phone at the windscreen and it projects the same information on the glass great at night and no eyes off the road . Again easy with this fitted to the bean bag just turn the phone using the ball and socket mount. So I am a happy bunny GPS works the mount is really secure I can use the HUD on my app this is perfect for my needs. All was well until I placed the phone on my wi fi charger no matter where I placed the phone the charger ,because of the magnet could not connect with the phone. I can remove the case and it works fine but its a pain removing the case every time . That's the purpose of a wi fi charger ease of use drop the phone on and no messing with wires. So I have to weigh up the issues. I have a phone holder which so far is perfect, solid no fear of the phone falling off,works with GPS doesnt move when using the phone screen. The only issue is the wi fi charging i have to remove the case to enable this. I think the pros outweigh the cons considerably. I have decided to move the wi fi charger next to my bed and use it while charging overnight. So not much chance of getting a call and using and possibly dropping an expensive phone without its protective case. As for charging during the day I will use a cable connector so if I get a call the protective case will be in place. That is the only and very small compromise I have had to make using this element phone holder. The fitting is a dream you could get a child to do it the instructions are easy to follow and you get pads which protect the phone from damage or marking from the adhesive. And spare adhesive pads and a spare magnet. The magnets come in two different sizes a larger rectangle one and a smaller circular one. I assume the rectangular magnet would be for the larger plus phones. Maybe if I used the smaller circular magnet the wi fi charger might have worked. However im happy that this is worth forgoing the wi fi charging. The other important thing to mention is the mount is really small and when not in use totally unintrusive. You would not notice it unless you were looking for it , depending where you stick it. It is the best phone mount I have purchased it really works and will keep your phone safe when driving .

Good product! So far does the job. Sticks to the dash really well. Good strong magnet and sturdy swivel. The only downside is I had to stick the metal plate to the outside of my thicker phone case and it interrupts wireless charging. But I have to plug my phone in to access Android Auto anyway.

It works perfectly where I wanted to use it ... no problems at all
